Underqubit LLC ("Underqubit", "we") is a technology consulting company organized under the laws of the state of New Mexico, United States, with its address at:

We provide consulting services (software development, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, design, among others) to clients in various countries. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and how we use it.

2. What information we collect

Our website does not store user accounts or product content, since we currently offer only consulting services. We use PostHog, a web analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, general interactions). This only happens if you accept our cookie banner — see Section 8.

The only information you provide directly is what you voluntarily share with us through our contact form, which may include:

  • Full name
  • Email
  • Company (optional)
  • Message or inquiry

Aside from the analytics described in Section 8 (which requires your consent), we do not collect this information in any other automated way or through third parties.

3. What we use this information for

We use your contact details exclusively to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and coordinate a possible proposal or meeting.
  • Generate internal reports about inquiries received (for example, number of contacts, most requested services), without selling to third parties.
  • Send you updates about our services, only if you have agreed to this when filling out the form. You can unsubscribe at any time from the same email you receive.
  • Understand site usage, through anonymized/aggregate analytics (pages viewed, general interactions), only if you have accepted our cookie banner.

We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not sell or transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Who we share this information with

We may share your contact data only with providers we use to operate internally (for example, our email provider or contact management tool), and with PostHog, our analytics provider, which processes anonymized usage data only if you have accepted analytics cookies. All of these providers are required to protect your information and cannot use it for their own purposes.

We do not share your information for third-party advertising purposes.

5. How long we retain your data

We retain contact data for as long as there is a potential or active business relationship with you, or until you request its deletion. If you subscribed to updates, your data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Analytics data collected via PostHog (if you accepted) is retained according to PostHog's standard retention period and is not linked to your name or contact details unless you separately submit our contact form.

6. Your rights

You may request from us at any time:

  • Access to the data we hold about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate or outdated data.
  • Deletion of your data from our records.
  • Unsubscription from update communications.
  • Withdraw analytics consent at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer, which stops future tracking and clears your analytics identifiers from this browser.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Cookies

We use PostHog for website analytics (pageviews and basic interaction tracking). This is disabled by default: PostHog only loads and starts collecting data after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner shown on your first visit. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not enable session recording.

You can change your decision at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top indicates the version in effect.
